1. Allow to Open Parcel Policy
We offer an Allow to Open Parcel facility so you can check your shoes before making payment to the courier. Therefore, we do not offer any refund or return after accepting the parcel.
2. Exchange Policy (Within 2 Days)
- Exchange requests are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) of parcel delivery.
- Shoes must be completely unused, unworn and in their original, intact condition, including packaging.
- The customer must dispatch the parcel to Wristoe for inspection.
- Our team will inspect the returned shoes. Exchange will be confirmed only after successful inspection.
- Exchange is subject to product and size availability.
3. Shipping Charges
All shipping expenses for an exchange, including return shipping to Wristoe and reshipping the exchanged product to the customer, will be paid by the buyer.
4. No Exchange After 2 Days
Any exchange request received after 2 days of parcel delivery will not be accepted. No replacement or refund will be provided for parcels older than this period.
5. No Refund Policy
Wristoe does not offer refunds. Customers are requested to check their parcel carefully under our Allow to Open Parcel facility before accepting and making payment.
